Do you really come to my house?
Yes. That is the whole business. Your driveway, your work parking lot, your apartment complex or the shoulder of the road. The car does not have to move first.
What areas do you cover?
Nacogdoches, Lufkin, San Augustine, Center, Garrison and Central Heights are the named area. Plenty of the rest of the county gets covered too. If your town is not listed, call and ask.
What hours are you open?
Monday through Saturday, 8am to 9pm. Closed Sunday. A lot of these jobs happen in the evening after work.
What will it cost?
You get a price before the work starts, and nothing beyond it happens without you saying yes. No price is published on this site because no two jobs are the same car.
Do you charge to diagnose a problem?
Diagnosis is real work and it gets charged as work. You are told what that costs on the phone before anybody drives out.
Is there anything you will not do?
Yes, and it is published on this site. Glass, body work, tires, tire balancing, alignments, transmission work, engine swaps and PCM programming.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Hablamos espanol. There is a page on this site in Spanish.
Can you work on my car at my apartment?
Usually. The car needs level ground it can be jacked on safely. Say where it is parked when you call.
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on the day and where you are. Customers have written about fifteen minutes, about an hour, and about getting fixed the same evening they called. Ask when you call and you will get a real answer.
Do you bring the parts with you?
Once the year, make and engine are known, yes. That is what the questions on the phone are for.
