This guy is amazing. This was an emergency situation, and he came out and meet us immediately. He is soooo friendly and professional. We will definitely recommend him, and use his services again. Oh, and by the way. Our truck works better than it did. We are from Houston. We will drive all the way here on the weekend. Just to use his services. He prices was affordable. But the best thing about him. Is is very honest. That type of service is hard to come by.
Broken Down at the Side of the Road
When a car quits on the shoulder the default is a tow and a wait, and a lot of those cars are driveable again in under an hour if somebody turns up with tools instead of a hook.
At a Glance
- He comes to the car, wherever it stopped
- Fixed on the shoulder when it safely can be
- Battery, starter, belt, hose and fuel faults are common wins
- Told honestly when a tow really is the right answer

The Roads This Happens On
US 59 through Nacogdoches and down to Lufkin. Highway 7 out toward Center. Highway 21 east to San Augustine. Long stretches of pine with no shoulder to speak of and no shop for miles.
The photo at the top of this page is one of those calls. Van behind the car, hazards on, work happening where the car stopped.
Safety First, Then the Repair
If you are on a highway shoulder, get everyone out of the car and behind the barrier or well off the road on the far side from traffic. Hazards on. Then call.
Nothing about a car repair is worth standing on the white line in East Texas traffic, and that includes waiting in the driver's seat.
What Usually Gets You Moving
Batteries, starters, belts, hoses and loose connections are the common roadside wins. They are exactly the failures that strand a car without damaging it, and exactly the ones a stocked van can put right.
A crew from a building company broke down on a job and were back running the same visit. Another customer from Houston was met immediately in an emergency. Both of those reviews are on this site.

I can't tell how grateful and pleased I am with his service. He was there within an hour of my call, kept me updated as to when he was on his way, and had me up and running with lightening speed. I highly recommend.
